  Dr. McCartney treated my 10 yr old Cat. She was treated carefully, with respect, and accurately. He only ran tests crucial to the diagnosis and the prices were more than reasonable. He even ordered her medication to be delivered at his office so I could pay for it using credit because the pharmacy wouldn't accept credit payments. He helped me with her and she's doing A LOT better!!
