  Years ago, I ordered a boutonniere online with a different florist who gave me this address to pick it up. I realized it was the wrong address, with only 10 min left before the other store closed. When I explained my situation, the other florist hung up on me. I was out of my money and a boutonniere.
  
  Someone at NSB florist heard about my situation on the phone and made me a boutonniere, and shocked me by telling me it was free. I was prepared to pay again for one just so I could make sure I had it for prom, yet they insisted. I was so grateful for that act of kindness ever since. I now make sure that any flowers I order is only from this florist.
