  You were extremely rude to me this morning! Sorry that its monday but in a bad economy you should want any business you can get. You should also answer the phone like you want to be alive! C'mon you just wanted to get of the phone...didnt feel like quoting me bc your lazy...and have high rates. As soon a i said I was shopping for the best rate you hung up!
