  My daughter and I just got back from the salon. We were told there was a 20 min. wait time so we decided to wait. During that time my daughter asked if they could do a holographic finish on her nails. They said they could. Forty five minutes later my pedicure began. My daughter sat there without anything being done during my entire pedicure. This was supposed to be a mother daughter moment but I was so disappointed. Finally they began my daughters pedicure. During that time, she was told they couldn’t do her nails the way she wanted. I felt betrayed as this was not what was said in the beginning. We would have gone on to another place. My pedicure was not done with a gel polish as requested. By the time they finished my daughters pedicure, we had been there 1 hr 45 mins. Two pedicures were $65. This was not luxury or pampering. A sleeping child of one of the employees was in the next chair to me the entire time. We cancelled my daughters manicure portion and left. Tomorrow we will find a more reputable place to do her nails. I won’t go back ever.
