  Delivery Man does good job; staff above bad; no return calls. We in a Complex found the water had a strong chemical taste to it; unusable. Delivery Man said would notify Supervisor; someone would call; no call back. Dispenser outside of apartment, 3 weeks ago. Instructed them not to charge my checking account (Chase Bank) for any amounts of money.
  
  In further checking I was told these water containers, that customers are given to use with the Spring Water within, actually as reported, possibly leach bisphenol A and other chemicals into the water because they are not the approved hardened plastics which does not allow leaching of chemicals; they are actually a type of soft plastic when comparing to special hardened plastic bottles sold for carrying as plastic canteens in the field. - In the end with this present service, as reported even in Good Housekeeping, instead of pure Spring Water there is a Chemical Cocktail a person is actually drinking, which I can only assume will eventually bring about a type of deadly reaction, to any living organism whether a human being or an animal which is a personal pet. I can only ask could this be one of the reasons for autism in so many young children?
  
  As mentioned, I am notifying my bank (Chase) not to pay any more payments and if an attempt is made to charge me for what I and others feel is unsafe drinking water, I will file a criminal report on the State and Federal Level against this company. At that point I will have to contact the Securities and Exchange Commission in reference to the stockholders not being aware of the bizarre situation of management seemingly abusing their trust, and ask the trading of this stock be stopped until the lives of people can be guaranteed to be properly protected.
